ISO8583 Load Balancer with neapay Switch Router
Basic setup of an ISO8583 load balancing solution with the neaPay Switch Router on ISO8583.
Video demo of the solution in action, technical details below
For this setup, we have 3 components:
1. Payments Acquiring system
This is the system that brings in payments transactions, at a specific speed.
For this example, the Acquiring system will deliver about 40 transactions per second.
The Payments Acquiring system will be simulated with the neaPay ISO8583 Simulator.

2. neaPay ISO8583 Switch Router
Route ISO8583 transactions, on a Round-robin mechanism, between 2 host endpoints.
All transaction responses are returned to the originating
3. Authorization-Issuing Card Host Endpoints - 2x instances
This is the Authorization system that requires balancing.
For simplicity, we will use 2 nodes, but Load balancing can be on 4-8 nodes , as needed.
