IR Prognosis offers four main products for monitoring ACI BASE24 environments, these are:
 XPNET Manager, which collects and manages a comprehensive set of status, configuration, performance and event information from BASE24 XPNET application components. This includes resource nodes, processes, lines, stations, queue processes and links.
 Transaction Manager, which is used to monitor Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and Point of Sale (POS) transaction details and includes analysis and reporting functions
 Transaction Surveillance, which is designed to assist in the detection of fraudulent transactions on ATM and POS networks.
 ATM Manager, which is used to manage problem tickets for faults detected on monitored ATMs. It also provides the facilities to automate problem resolutions or to attempt manual intervention.
